By accessing or using ServiceFlow at serviceflowhq.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

ServiceFlow is a cloud-based platform for small service businesses to create and manage quotes, estimates, invoices, projects, clients, and payment tracking. The service includes email delivery of documents, PDF generation, and reporting tools.

Account Responsibilities

You agree to use ServiceFlow only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into ServiceFlow (clients, projects, quotes, invoices, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

Payment and Billing

Free accounts have usage limits as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

ServiceFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
