How do I create my first invoice?
After logging in, create a client, then a project under that client. From the project, you can create a quote, estimate, or invoice. Add your line items, review the totals, and hit send.
Does ServiceFlow handle Canadian taxes (GST/PST)?
Yes. You can enable GST and PST in your account settings, set your rates and tax numbers, and they'll automatically apply to all new documents.
How do payment reminders work?
ServiceFlow can automatically send email reminders before an invoice is due and after it becomes overdue. You control the timing and can enable or disable reminders in your settings.
Can my client view an invoice without logging in?
Yes. Every document you send includes a secure link that your client can open directly in their browser — no login required. They can view the full document and download the PDF.
How do I export data for my accountant?
The Reports section gives you revenue, expense, receivable, and tax summaries. You can share these directly or export them for your accountant at any time.
Can I cancel my account?
Yes, at any time. Contact [email protected] and we'll process your request. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
